Charts & Tables For You

On this page, you can locate and download charts and tables useful for developing your personal retirement withdrawal plan.

My book, “A Richer Retirement,” contains many figures and charts, but the large number of variables required to create a plan mandates many more than that book could contain.

There are several types of withdrawal planning tools available in the library below:

  1. All charts and tables from my book, in full color (PDF format).
  2. Blank table template for the eight Elements of your plan (Microsoft Word format).
  3. Blank table template for the Shiller CAPE, inflation regime, and SAFEMAX for your plan (Microsoft Word format).
  4. Retirement “Scenarios”. These scenarios include tools needed to create and track a retirement withdrawal plan. Each scenario is based on a unique combination of the eight Elements. The scenarios are sorted by the five primary Elements: Withdrawal Scheme, Planning Horizon, Tax Status, Asset Allocation, and Legacy. The three remaining elements are assumed to have the following values: Rebalancing Frequency (1 year), Superinvestor (accept “market” returns), and Withdrawal Timing (evenly spaced during the year). Hopefully one of these scenarios matches your own personal situation!

This library will continually expand over time. If you can’t find a particular chart or scenario of interest, you can request it on the “Ask Bill” page. I will develop it as soon as possible, but some items are very labor-intensive, and there may be a significant delay before I can post it. Please be patient.

Thanks,

Bill Bengen
